As Rhytmelo Designs offers digital-only services, all deliveries are made electronically. This document outlines the procedures, expectations, and liability framework concerning electronic deliveries.

1. Nature of Delivery
  • All services (software, designs, codebases, documentation) are delivered via:
    • Cloud services (Google Drive, GitHub, private repositories)
    • Direct email delivery
    • Client CMS or server upload
  • No physical shipping is involved.
2. Delivery Timeline
  • Estimated timelines are discussed during project onboarding and documented in the Service Agreement or Statement of Work (SoW).
  • Timelines depend on:
    • Project scope
    • Client responsiveness
    • Approval cycles
  • Rhytmelo Designs shall not be held responsible for delays caused due to:
    • Late content submission
    • Scope revisions
    • Payment delays
3. Delivery Confirmation
  • Upon delivery, clients will receive:
    • A delivery notification email
    • Access to the final files
    • Deployment on client infrastructure (if included in scope)
  • Clients are required to acknowledge delivery within 3 working days. Failure to raise an issue within this window will be deemed as acceptance of delivery.
4. Non-Delivery or Technical Failures
  • If a client does not receive the delivery:
    • They must inform [email protected] within 3 working days.
    • Rhytmelo Designs will re-attempt delivery within 2 business days at no additional cost.
    • Persistent delivery failures due to client infrastructure are not Rhytmelo’s responsibility.
5. Intellectual Property
  • IP ownership and transfer are governed by the service agreement.
  • Rhytmelo Designs retains the right to use non-identifiable parts of the work for portfolio, unless restricted by NDA.
